According to Seabury consulting of Accenture, air cargo capacity seems to have stabilized in the past three weeks, down about 26% compared with the same period last year. From the Asia Pacific region to North America, the production capacity increased by about 3% compared with a year ago, while that in Europe decreased by about 10%.
熊杰提到，为了在动态调整 客运航班的过程中确保风险可控，还建立了航班“熔断和奖励”机制。据了解，一些航空公司已经按照民航局的要求采取措施，例如明确规定没有核酸检测证明的乘客不得登机，民航局方面对此表示赞赏。
